Waves & Wonders Early Learning Academy
🌊 Waves & Wonders Early Learning Academy
Small groups. Meaningful connections. A childhood full of discovery.
Choosing childcare is about more than finding an available spot. It’s about finding people who will get to know your child—their personality, their interests, what comforts them, and what makes them smile.
At Waves & Wonders in Britannia Beach, that personal connection is at the heart of our approach. We are an owner-managed centre where building relationships with children and families matters just as much as planning the day’s activities.
What makes our centre special?
🌱 Small groups and a sense of belonging.
With space for up to 12 children in our Infant & Toddler program and 16 in our 3–5 program, we offer a close-knit environment where educators can get to know each child and support their individual development.
đź’› Gentle beginnings and support for big feelings.
Starting daycare is a big step for the whole family. Our gradual-entry approach helps children build familiarity and trust at their own pace. Beyond those first days, we support children as they learn to express feelings, build friendships, and become more independent.
🎨 Learning through play—not pressure.
Stories, music, creative activities, imaginative play, and hands-on exploration give children opportunities to follow their curiosity. We nurture communication, confidence, problem-solving, and kindness alongside early learning.
🌿 Time to move, explore, and simply be a child.
Daily outdoor time, movement, and experiences such as yoga bring balance to our days. We make room for active discovery as well as rest and quieter moments.
We also value open communication with families, with updates through our parent app and opportunities to discuss your child’s experiences and progress.
For your family’s everyday needs:
Infant & Toddler and 3–5 programs • Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. • Two snacks provided daily; families pack lunch.
